A request was sent to you in mid-September 2010 containing these demands - Every copy of the book should come with an insert that states proper credits for anyone who may have been mis-credited (or not credited at all). It should also disclose the fact that proper permissions were not secured prior to publishing the book, and that some copyrights were flouted. It should explain the reasons for this and include a formal apology. Zine creators whose work is published in the book ought to receive a free copy. 

We asked many questions. Sadly, you refused to reply to our messages, forcing us only to go public and speak louder.
